GOODS RETURN FORM

Step 1 – Fill out the return form Contact us by email or phone to clarify whether it is an exchange, a complaint/defect or a cancellation. Complete the return form below. Always provide your store order number, customer ID, and invoice number. Please indicate item no. and the reason for the return. In case of exchange, indicate the new item you wish to receive. Don't forget to provide your bank details for the refund. For PayPal, provide a PayPal email address.

Step 2 – Pack the item(s) If possible, please return the item(s) in the original packaging as our shipping boxes are better suited for transportation. Other cardboard boxes will also work. Make sure your package is properly sealed and apply the shipping label (see Step 3).

Step 3 – Label the package correctly We will bear the postage costs for you if the return is due to a faulty product or incorrect delivery on our part. In this case, you will receive a GLS return receipt. For all other returns: The customer must bear the postage costs and may use the carrier of their choice. Step 4 – Send the package If the return label is from us, take your order to the nearest GLS collection point. Done! Keep the receipt in a safe place in case of loss. Once we receive your order, it will be checked and handled by our returns department. Processing time for returns is approximately 7 to 14 business days after merchandise arrives at our facility.
