The Medieval bevor or (Medieval Barbozza) is a piece of Medieval Gothic type armor plate, used as protection of the chin (neck and lower face) during the fighting.

In use from the end of 1350 until the late Gothic period. Completely made of steel and handmade and portable.

The Medieval Bavaria features a steel plate fitting that can hook onto the top of the hull.

Used in the Middle Ages, around 1350, when the comparsero hid only the helmets and the pelvis, these types of helmets not being complete left uncovered the lower part of the face and neck.
